This patient came to see us with complaints of facial aging, specifically the loss of definition in her jawline and laxity in the skin under her chin. She felt these aging changes made her appear tired. After a thorough facial analysis and discussion of aesthetic goals, a surgical plan was developed to address her concerns.

The facelift and neck lift procedure was performed in our NYC office, utilizing local anesthesia with mild sedation to ensure patient comfort. The incisions were discreetly placed around the ears and behind the hairline. For the neck lift, an incision was placed in the skin crease under the chin. During the procedure, the underlying muscle (SMAS) was lifted and tightened, removing excess skin and restoring a defined contour.

As a result of the facelift and neck lift surgery, this patient looks vibrant and rejuvenated. Her jawline definition is restored and skin laxity under the chin removed. The results are a natural-looking, youthful transformation that was personalized to her unique facial features.
