This patient came to us expressing concerns about certain aging signs she felt were becoming more prominent on her face. She articulated concerns regarding sagging cheeks, jowls, and the laxity of skin on her neck. Furthermore, she communicated that the excess skin surrounding her eyes accentuated an unwanted aging appearance.

The individualized surgical plan for this patient included a facelift, neck lift, and upper blepharoplasty. These procedures were performed in our NYC office. Local anesthesia was administered, complemented by mild sedation. Incisions were discreetly made around the ear’s contour, within the hairline, and beneath the chin. The central objective was to elevate and tighten the submuscular aponeurotic system (SMAS), essential for refining facial structure and removing excess skin. The upper blepharoplasty specifically targeted and eliminated the excess eyelid skin.

The integrated approach of the facelift and neck lift visibly rejuvenated her face—elevating the central facial region, removing the slackness from the neck, and carving out a refined jawline. Further, her upper eyelids now presented a wider and invigorated appearance, encapsulating her refreshed and youthful visage.
