I've received the mini facelift form Dr.Konstantin, and I could not be happier! The procedure went smoothly. the pain was minimum and the results are amazing! Every morning I look at myself in the mirror, and I can't believe how great I look. I look probably 10 years younger, but I still look natural and 'not done'. People compliment me on my fresh and younger looks, but nobody knows I've done this procedure, and that's exactly how I wanted it. Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich is a brilliant plastic surgeon and a wonderful person! Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich is a great artist and a treasure of a man! I went to Dr. Konstantin about two years ago, for a lower-face-and-neck-lift. My result was fantastic; I'd never dreamed a facelift could be so rejuvenating, yet so natural-looking. I was absolutely thrilled with my new appearance! A few months ago, I wanted a rhinoplasty tip revision, and Dr. Konstantin was my first and only choice. My revision result was the result of my dreams. My nose tip -- which had been quite "bulbous" -- is now slender and lovely, and my nostrils are "petite" and feminine. At my request, Dr. Konstantin had also repaired my deviated septum, which improved my breathing immensely. Dr. Konstantin is both a highly skilled surgeon and a wonderful human being. I felt completely supported and cared for, before, during, and after my procedure. Each of my phone calls was either answered immediately or returned very, very quickly. I always felt completely, and in the very best of hands. I encourage anybody to seek out Dr. Konstantin!
My face/neck lift experience!! I am a 50 year old woman and I first came to Dr. Konstantin for the free consult because I started to notice my skin begin to sag a little bit. I have pretty good genetics and it wasn't too serious but it was starting to bug me so i wanted to hear a professionals opinion. Dr. Konstantin told me that it would be better to get a face and neck lift now so the difference wouldn't be as dramatic, for example if i were to wait 5 years and then get it done (that way people wouldn't notice any "work" done). About 4 months ago I finally went through with my face and neck lift and i have to say, it wasn't the smoothest recovery. The surgery itself went very well; I went with the local anesthesia option and I remember a lot of what was going on around me. The doctor worked very professionally with the help of his nurse who is such a wonderful person and was extremely supportive after the surgery. As I mentioned before, the recovery was definitely a challenge that I would not have been able to get through without the constant help of my daughter and the immediate help of the Doctor. There was a complication with the left side of my face that had nothing to do with the doctors work. No one knows why it happened (my body itself takes any surgery very hard). I had a very large hematoma grow on the left side of my face and neck along with serious nausea and pain. The doctor was extremely responsive and told us to come in the next morning in order to get it drained. Unfortunately, the hematoma would fill up over and over again everyday for the next two weeks and we would have to keep getting it drained. My daughter would text him pictures everyday with updates that he would answer very quickly. Within the two weeks less and less fluid would build up until it eventually stopped. We were told that this kind of complication never happened before and that they themselves were extremely surprised. Once again, this complication had NOTHING to do with Dr. Konstantin's work, this was just the way my body reacted. Regardless, he handled it professionally and quickly. Now 4 months have past and I am very happy with the results. I no longer have any sagging skin around my bottom jaw or neck. The recovery process does take a while so don't think that your face will be back to normal within a month or two. Its been 4 months and my face is still coming back to normal. The bruising fully went away within the month along with most of the scarring by my ears. The scarring behind the ears takes more time but its slowly fading too. Numbness was also a side effect that the doctor spoke about before the surgery but that went away pretty quickly as well. I have to emphasize that everyones body is different and will react differently. I remember coming into the office sometime the first week to get fluid drained and I saw a woman come in with her husband. we over heard the nurse say "how did your first night after the surgery go?" to which she answered "a little nausea but over all it was great! We also saw a man come shortly after his facelift, already without bandages; he barley even had any swelling!! This just shows how differently people heal. This is to say that Dr Konstantin is truly amazing at what he does!! He works so professionally and so attentively. I am very happy I chose Dr. Konstantin as my surgeon! Now about the office and Dr. Konstantin's wonderful assistants: His assistants, Luba and Julia have to be the most AMAZING assistants in the world. I've never experienced such care and kindness from any assistants or secretaries as I have at this office. They are both such hard workers; Luba dealt with all of the paper work and payments, she always explained everything very well and tried her best to help me out with any questions. Julia would always try and set up the appointments the way we wanted them, she was always so attentive and kind; always making sure the clients had whatever they needed such as water, tea or their AMAZING coffee! The office itself is very nice and cozy. Its elegant and calm (with classical music playing softly in the background). The mood that the office sets is perfect because its very important to feel at ease especially when coming in for a surgery (you're probably already anxious). I don't usually write reviews, especially such long ones, but i believe this is such an important topic and people should have all the facts when making such a big decision. I recommend Dr Konstantin to anyone who thinks its time for a face/neck lift and I will be coming back the this doctor in the future if need be!!
Wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Konstantin I found Dr. Konstantin online and decided to make an appointment with him because of all his positive reviews. I've had facial fillers done by him several times now and have been extremely happy with the results. He didn't overdo it and gave me a really natural look. He does the fillers himself instead of having a nurse do it, which I appreciated. He's very professional and his staff members are all kind and welcoming.

Best decision I made! Dr Konstanstin is amazing! I'm more than happy with the results of the surgery! I look 15 years younger! Don't fool yourself-it's a surgery and you need a lot of time to heal, but I was able to get back to work in a week! Doctor has amazing hands! I still look like myself-just a better version! The stuff is very helpful and caring. I especially want to thank the nurse who was assisting doctor on the day of the procedure, she really helped to put my worries away, and was very attentive. Best Botox Ever! This is the first review I have ever written in my life but this doctor warrants attention. I have been to all the top doctors in Manhattan including Pat Wexler and I can honestly say Dr. Vasyukevich is the new "it" guy for all facial cosmetic procedures. I had sworn off Botox even though I need it because i kept getting this weird look around my eyes and was looking very done. As someone who appreciates a more natural look I didn't think I could do Botox anymore. All that changed when I met Dr. Vasyukevich. I had a free consultation with him and a couple days later I had the best Botox I've ever had in my life. I am blown away by the natural loooking results he gave me. 4 months after my face and neck lift, very happy with the results I am 55 years old and I never tried to hide my age and never had botox treatment or fillers. But then my jowls started to droop and the skin on my neck became loose, and I was so sick of looking sad and tired all the time! Before long I started to pull my skin back every time I looked in the mirror, trying to imagine what my face would look like without the sagging skin. It took me a year to seek a professional opinion and I am so glad I did! Dr. Konstantin is patient, kind, respectful, and very, very talented. He confirmed what I suspected - I needed a facelift to restore the jawline, and he also suggested a necklift. He wasn't pushy about it, which I appreciated. I had both procedures 4 months ago.
