Brilliant Facial Plastic Surgeon I can't thank Dr. Konstantin enough for his care throughout my entire experience at his office. I am beyond pleased with the results of my facelift & upper/lower blepharoplasty. Sagging jowls & under eye bags are gone! I was also overwhelmed by Dr. Konstantin's & staff's (Maria, Luba, Rebecca & Margaret) patience and kindness before and after the procedures. I truly love my natural looking rejuvenated face & eyes. GREAT Experience: Highly Recommended After doing an extensive research I have been utmost impressed with reviews, credentials and recommendations I received --- and have decided to consult w/ Dr. Vasyukevich for a facelift surgery. My areas of concern were: loss on volume in left cheek, loss of facial contour (jowls), laxity of neck and under chin and constant 'tired' look. From the moment I walked into the reception area for my consult in October 2019 I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I had first met with Manager, Ljuba where we've discussed the procedure, logistics, my concerns, medical history etc. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful in answering many of the questions I had. I had then met Dr. Vasyukevich. From the minute 1 I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Vasyukevich doesn't just listen -- he genuinely CARES about his patients, he hears our fears, insecurities and concerns when it comes to ageing and beauty. He explained the procedure (lower facelift and neck lift) and the recovery process and answered my questions. I KNEW the kind of results I can expect! I would get my smooth neck, my youthful contour and well... my face back! I could not wait for that day! I had made my appointment for December 20, 2019 for my surgery which would be done by twilight rather than general anesthesia right there in Dr. Vasyukevich's operating room. I went home elated and excited! Fast forward to December 19: I have arrived for my facelift surgery and was given forms to sign then medication to relax then was led to the operating room. It was the strangest feeling I had ... I was asleep yet I was aware of what was going on. I hear the Dr. speaking, I felt some pressure etc but NO pain. It was as if I was there and not at the same time. The surgery lasted about 4 hours I believe. I was then put into a recovery room to relax. I went home with a facial dressing and was instructed to come back in the morning for the dressing to be changed and small drain removed. I was also instructed to take my antibiotic and pain medication -- even if I didn't have pain as a preventive measure. At home I was fine, rather sleepy from anesthesia. I was told to keep my head elevated when sleeping to minimize swelling. In the morning Dr. removed my surgical dressing and instructed me on how to roll the elastic bandage and small dressing around my head and chin and apply Aquafor ointment on incisions. I was told I could wash my hair w/ baby shampoo and gently was the incisions as well. My next appointment was on December 27 and my external stitches were removed. I was given instructions for the next 3 week recovery period and was told to wear elastic bandage 'compression' only overnight. The swelling was there but not bad at all, I could have (and did) go out of the house and did not receive 'funny' look from people. I had bruising on my neck and light green 'shadowy' bruising on my left cheek -- not noticeable unless you were REALLY looking for it. The areas in front of my ears are numb and so are my ears (all normal and will return to normal in time). I had returned to work on January 2, 2020. My face is slightly puffy but only I see it!! NO ONE noticed that I had a THING done or had asked me anything. I am looking better every day! Gone are the tired eyes, gone is that tired ageing face and lax neck and saggy chin! For the first time in a VERY long time I'm taking nice picture without airbrush of filter! I LOVE the fact that my eyes were able to be rejuvenated without the additional eye lift! My family and friends who knew I was getting a facelift are absolutely amazed at the results thus far. My next appointment will be on January 16. I cannot say enough of praise for Dr. Vasyukevich: for his skills, bedside matter and attentiveness. If you are considering a facelift I can freely recommend DO NOT LOOK FURTHER ... Dr. Konstantin (as patients fondly refer to him) IS THE BEST. His credentials are impeccable and experience (over 2500 surgeries done) is formidable. Certainly the vast reviews on this site are valuable and true measure of patient satisfaction -- and I am extremely pleased to now add mine. Finally I would like to give a special acknowledgment and thanks to Dr. Konstantin's staff -- the entire office of professional, efficient, kind, attentive and lovely ladies who made me feel welcome and my experience one I was hoping it was going to be!
Wonderful Results! I had a fantastic experience & wonderful results with a facelift & upper bleph with Dr K. Thrilled with the results, he took about 15 years off my face, I look 100% like me, just the younger me. People who don't know, just comment that I look rested & bright. Dr K & his staff are kind & supportive. Highly recommend!
Best Botox ever ! Dr. Vasyukevich is a creative genius with the face. After seeing all the top doctors in NYC I had sworn off Botox because I never liked the way it made me look done. Dr. Vasyukevich is able to maintain the integrity of your face while making you look like a naturally rejuvenated version of yourself. His skills are exceptional. His bedside manner is exceptional and his staff is always exceptional.

Excellent doctor. An artist that transforms an aging effect into a younger natural looking face. Entire staff is also very attentive and very very pleasant. Strongly recommend him to anyone who wants a refreshed appearance and not a plastic doll look.
I Recommend 100%! My experience with the Doctor was excellent. In the begging I was scared to do it because I was afraid of the surgery. At the same time, I wanted to look younger and happy with myself. I felt comfortable with the Doctor. The second time I brought the niece with and she also thought that Dr. Konstantin was very professional, caring, and patient. He took time to explain everything , every detail and that made me confident. On the day of the surgery I was also scared but after that surgery I thought, "This is it?" I thought it was going to be worse. The scary part is the swelling you get after. Once It was over (I had it for two-three weeks for me, but everybody is different), I went back to work. I went back to work and people said that I looked amazing. Nobody could guess I had a surgery! That's what I wanted. I wanted to look great but I dit not want people to know.I recommend face and neck lift with Dr. Konstantin in New York. Do not be scared, you will look amazing!
I Am Very Happy with the Services and I Love Dr. Konstantin's Work I am a male patient and I had multiple procedures with Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich in his office in New York City, first coming about eight years ago to his office on the Upper East Side on the 82nd Street, and now coming for my treatments to his current location at 79th Street. I had a facelift, a neck lift, fat injections and they were all very successful. I also love Dr. Konstantin's bedside manner and thoughtful approach - this is extremely important. Dr. Konstantin is incredible. Actually, the entire staff is. I love the natural look he does with my botox, you can't really tell I've had anything done. Dr k has the most beautiful and caring personality. I definitely recommend him!

Love my Face! Hi my name is Lisa and Dr Konstantin Vasyukevich in New York City performed a face and neck lift procedure for me. I'm really happy with my results. My sister who is 36 years old does my roots for my hair. I was nervous of her seeing my scars because my sisters are against plastic surgery. Period.
