He explains that fillers can be utilized to achieve a more subtle and customizable look through a less invasive procedure. Though they are not as long-lasting as implants, the amount of filler injected could be customized resulting in a more precise enhancement. Unlike the implant, the filler could also be dissolved with relative ease if needed allowing for the perfect shape to be achieved without additional surgery.

Once this is established, a permanent enhancement, such as a chin implant, can be used.” Dr. Konstantine tells Forbes.
